Dawn Brown

I am a Bundjalung and Gundungurra Women living in Grafton on the beautiful Clarence Valley. I have lived all my life in Grafton except for two years where I lived in Sydney. My father is a proud Bunjalung man from Grafton/Baryulgil and my mother is a proud Gundungurra Women whom descends from the Blue Mountains, but spent most of her life living in Narrabri, North West of NSW.

I work full time in Grafton and try to do my art as much as I can. I started painting five years ago, so I am fairly new to the art world and am constantly learning new things. I love experimenting with different mediums such as, resin, inks, pigments and acrylic paint. My artwork reflects the love I have for the ocean/water and vibrant colours.
